The M1 classification certifies its reaction to fire: flame-retardant polyester does not propagate the flame and the treatment is in the fibre, not in a finish lost with washing. Check which test your region's rules or your tender require for bedding. M1-certified by the AITEX Textile Technology Institute under the UNE 23-727-90 reaction-to-fire classification standard; tests carried out to UNE 23-721-90 and UNE 23-735-94. It has also passed an accelerated-ageing test (an intensive wash-and-dry cycle ending with steam ironing) without incident. Two sizes, 180×220 for 90 and 105 beds and 220×240 for 135 and 150, in honey, white, camel and steward blue.
