Quality and certifications, explained
A badge on a website says nothing unless you know what it certifies. This is what each of ours means, what we check ourselves and why every reference carries its full technical sheet.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
It certifies that the finished article, with its yarn, dye and finishes, has been laboratory-tested against a list of harmful substances and is safe in direct contact with the skin. It is granted per article and product class, not to a whole company. In our catalogue it is carried by the sheets, the pillowcases and the sanitary range: the pieces that touch a guest's or a resident's skin for hours. For a care home or a clinic it is the fact that answers the question "is it safe for fragile skin?".
ISO 9001
It certifies something else: that the quality management system is documented, applied and audited by a third party. It does not speak of a product but of repeatability: the sheet that leaves this month is produced, checked and recorded the same way as last month's. For anyone replenishing linen season after season, it is the assurance that the replacement will be identical to the initial purchase.
Our own quality control
Every unit passes our own control before dispatch: sizes, weight, seams and appearance. A towel's weight is checked on a scale, not assumed; a sheet with a weaving fault never reaches the box. We work with in-house manufacturing within our family textile group, and that control is the part of the chain we do not delegate.
Industrial-laundry tolerance
The whole catalogue is designed for a professional laundry's cycle, and every sheet states the maximum temperature and whether bleach, tumble drying and dry cleaning are allowed. The conditions are not the same across the range, which is why they appear on each reference:
- Sheets and pillowcases in 144 and 200 threads: wash up to 40 °C, bleach and chlorine allowed on white, tumble dry, iron at 110 °C.
- Terry towels and bath mats: wash at 60 °C, the usual disinfection temperature, no bleach, tumble dry.
- Bedspreads in ticking, ottoman and diamond piqué: 40 °C, medium iron, tumble dry.
- Blankets: 30 °C, no tumble drying for acrylic.
- Flame-retardant covers and protectors: as per each model's sheet, with the flame-retardant treatment protected by the washing instruction.
The technical sheet on every reference
All 77 references in the catalogue carry a technical sheet: composition, weight in g/m², thread count and yarn count (30/1, 40/1), weave, finishes such as anti-pilling, exact sizes per format, colour, certification and washing conditions. It is the information a professional buyer compares with, and what makes two products that look the same stop being so.
