Prices and payment terms
Prices
All published prices are stated per unit and exclude VAT. Value Added Tax (21%) is calculated and added during the order process.
Prices are valid for sales operations within the Spanish mainland territory. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please contact us for specific terms.
Published prices are valid except for typographical errors.
Units of sale and minimum quantity
Our products are supplied in complete packs, according to the factory packaging for each reference. The minimum quantity and applicable multiple are indicated in the quantity selector for each product, which automatically adjusts the units.
Volume discounts
We apply automatic discounts based on the total order amount. The corresponding discount is calculated and displayed in the cart before checkout, without the need for promotional codes.
Shipping costs
- Orders from €100: free shipping (peninsula).
- Orders under €100: €5.99.
Payment methods
You can securely pay for your order via:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer or deposit
- Other payment methods available during the purchase process
The order is processed once full payment has been confirmed.
Payment security
All transactions are carried out via encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). Payment data is transmitted directly to the corresponding processing entity; Lenora Hostelería does not store your complete card details at any time.
Quotes
In accordance with article 97 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, issued quotes and proforma invoices have a maximum validity of 30 calendar days from their issue date.
Invoicing
We issue VAT invoices for all orders. If you need the invoice in a company's name, please indicate the company name and tax identification number (CIF) during the purchase process or write to us at info@lenorahosteleria.com.
