How to buy from the online store
Two ways to buy, depending on what you need: the online store to replenish and to try, and a tailored proposal to equip or supply a property. These are the store's terms, with no small print.

Supplied in full packs
Each reference is sold in packs (2, 6, 10 or 12 units depending on the piece), because that is the quantity our group ships per box and it arrives without intermediate handling. The pack quantity is shown on each reference and in the quantity selector.
No minimum order value
You can order a single pack. There is no minimum amount forcing you to over-buy; the only multiple is the pack.
Prices per unit, VAT excluded
Store prices are shown per unit and excluding VAT, as in any professional purchase; the 21% is calculated at checkout and itemised on the invoice.
Volume discounts
When equipping more than a room or two, the price is studied on the quantity. Ask us before ordering or request a quote: we return prices per reference.
Free shipping from €100
Below €100, shipping has a fixed cost shown before payment. Estimated delivery in 3–5 working days on the mainland for products in stock; Balearic Islands, 1–2 working days more. Made-to-order items: 10–15 working days.
You can buy without being a company
There is no obligation to order online, and a VAT number (NIF/CIF) is optional, only needed for the VAT return. Individuals, residents' associations and clubs buy on the same terms.
Invoice and payment
Every order carries an invoice with VAT itemised, in the name of the company or the person buying. The available payment methods and the full conditions are on the prices and payment terms page.
Replenishment by room
You can reorder any reference in the quantity you need, season after season, in the same quality: we work with in-house manufacturing within our family textile group.
Equipping an establishment? There is another route
To equip a new establishment, renew all the linen or keep a recurring supply, the store falls short. Tell us what you have, how many bed spaces and how you wash, and we prepare a proposal with quantities, volume prices and a replenishment schedule. We reply within 24 working hours.
