It sits between the pillow and the decorative pillowcase and is changed less often, so its job is to keep sweat and dust off the pillow through weeks of use. Ticking is a dense twill-weave fabric with woven stripes, in 100% cotton or a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend that dries sooner and shrinks less. The zip lets it come off and go through the same wash cycle as the sheets; choose it 5 cm larger than the pillow, from 45×70 for a 40×70 pillow to 45×135 for a 40×135. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
