Twenty-four cloths per pack is the stock of a professional kitchen for a week of service with a mid-week wash. The 70/30 cloth at 55×55 cm is the general-purpose one, dries sooner and lasts more cycles; the 100% cotton at 50×50 cm, in twill and several colours, absorbs more and lets you colour-code kitchen areas; the mixed option carries twelve of each, and the complete option adds twenty-four napkins for the pass or the dining room. All the textiles go through the industrial cycle.
